很多人在创建网站的时候并不知道需要备案甚至是故意不备案。但是如果您的网站不备案这会给您带来何种后果呢
首先我们需要明确的是备案是对于中国境内的网站而言。如果您的网站只面向海外用户或者是在国外的服务器上搭建的那么并不需要备案。
但是如果您的网站是在中国境内的服务器上搭建的那么根据《互联网信息服务管理办法》规定所有提供互联网信息服务的单位和个人均应进行备案。没有备案的网站就相当于是“无证经营”是不受法律保护的。一旦被发现相应的处罚就会随之而来。
备案并不是很麻烦只需要准备好营业执照、网站经营许可证等相关材料然后在工业和信息化部网站进行备案即可。备案费用非常低廉不到一百元即可完成备案。
如果您的网站被发现没有备案可能会被责令下线、罚款甚至被取消网站备案。如果情节严重还可能会被追究法律责任。
