MySQL安装方式有多种，可以使用rpm包二进制安装，也可以使用源码进行编译安装。很显然，编译安装的好处很多，就是能够对将要使用的MySQL数据库进行定制，

对于特定的操作系统、特定的应用、特定的MySQL功能要求很适合。因此，这里记录一次MySQL 5.6 for REHL 6.4编译安装过程。

1、操作系统信息检查并卸载操作系统自带的过低版本Mysql

2、检查MySQL编译安装必须的操作系统依赖包

3、安装MySQL编译安装必须的操作系统依赖包

--挂载系统镜像配置本地的yum源

4、上传、解压并安装cmake

5、创建mysql用户

To start mysqld at boot time you have to copy
support-files/mysql.server to the right place for your system
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET A PASSWORD FOR THE MySQL root USER !
To do so, start the server, then issue the following commands:
/application/mysql/bin/mysqladmin -u root password 'new-password'
/application/mysql/bin/mysqladmin -u root -h arbiter password 'new-password'
Alternatively you can run:
/application/mysql/bin/mysql_secure_installation
which will also give you the option of removing the test
databases and anonymous user created by default. This is
strongly recommended for production servers.

You can start the MySQL daemon with:

原因是：my.cnf配置中mysql.sock文件存放目录或权限有问题

解决方法：检查socket配置的路径是否存在，socket指定的路径下mysql用户是否有读写权限

原因是：my.cnf配置的log目录不存在或mysql用户对其没有读写权限

解决方法：检查相关路径是否存在并创建授权

mkdir -p /application/mysql-5.6/logchown -R mysql:mysql /application/mysql-5.6/log/
chmod 775 /application/mysql-5.6/log/
